SiteAudit AI provides automated website audits covering performance, SEO, accessibility, and security. Reports are generated using AI analysis and delivered via email. The service is provided "as is" and audit results are advisory — they do not constitute professional consulting.

2. Acceptable Use

You may only submit URLs for websites you own or have authorization to audit. You agree not to abuse the service by submitting excessive requests, attempting to reverse-engineer our systems, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

3. Payment Terms

Paid audits are one-time purchases processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout and charged in USD. You will receive a receipt via email from Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your report is not delivered within 1 hour of purchase, or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, contact us at support@lambdaflows.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

5. Intellectual Property

Your audit report is yours to use as you see fit. The SiteAudit AI service, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of SiteAudit AI. You may not resell or redistribute the service itself.

6. Limitations of Liability

SiteAudit AI is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service or reliance on audit results. Our reports are AI-generated recommendations and should not be treated as guarantees of outcomes. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific audit in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
